Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, along with the Osceola County School District, City of Kissimmee, City of Saint Cloud, Kissimmee Utility Authority and Toho Water Authority will host its Annual Vendor Appreciation Day on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This FREE event will give vendors an opportunity to meet purchasing professionals from the various governmental agencies within the County and includes a workshop on “How to Do Business with Osceola County Governmental Agencies.” In addition, we will have representatives from the Central Florida Expressway to highlight their supplier diversity program and upcoming construction projects.
The event will be held at Osceola Heritage Park, Extension Services Building, 1921 Kissimmee Valley Lane, Kissimmee, Florida 34744. Doors will open to the public at 8:45 am for registration and networking. The workshop will start at 9:15 am. Vendors will learn how to find contracting opportunities, the different types of solicitations, purchasing thresholds and more.
